Jennie has written and performed all over Canada and New York City.
A contributor to The New Yorker and McSweeney’s. Author of Oh Bother and Frog and Toad are Doing Their Best (one of Vulture’s best humor books of 2021) She is represented by Laura Mazer of Wendy Sherman Associates.
As a theatre creator, puppet builder, and performer, her work has been seen at La MaMa Theatre, Upright Citizen's Brigade, The People's Improv Theatre, The Brick Theatre, The Pearl Theatre, Hub 14, the Atlantic Fringe Festival, New Voices Festival, and SummerWorks Festival with [elephants] collective. She has led workshops across Canada and served as a Narrative Consultant for a thesis project at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
